Bri + Trevor

I met Brianne years ago when we worked together at Islands. Bri was one of those people that I always looked forward to working with. She has a great laugh was always encouraging. We came to work and talked about boys and life and family in between waiting on our tables and I would always try to encourage her that there was not just a good guy but an AMAZING guy out there perfectly made for her. A man that would tell her a million times a day how beautiful and treasured she is. She had been friends with Trevor for quite some time but then they started dating and man he is THE guy! They love to laugh together, they both love being active and hanging out with their group of friends that truly serves more as a family. We had the privilege of shooting Kim & Jeff's wedding last year where Bri and Trevor both were a part of the bridal party and we knew someday soon if would be Bri & Trevor's turn. Their wedding at Aliso Creek Golf Course was beautiful and peaceful.

Brianne and Trevor... you truly are Mr. & Mrs. Awesome. We love hanging out with you both and we love sharing in marriages that we know will last a lifetime. Thank you for sharing this momentous occasion with us. We cannot wait to see what the future has in store for the two of you!!

Dad rented Matt and I a sweet Jeep for our road trip to HANA!!! Woo-hoo!!!! What an awesome day!






This is "blue pool," it was found at the end of a windy private road and it was the highlight of the entire Hana trip! Matt & I swam in here and sat on rocks underneath the waterfalls. It was such an experience!

This is my mom's new Hawaiian wedding band and these are the beautiful hands of 27 years of marriage!!! It all started with their honeymoon to Maui 27 years ago and they have been in love with this place ever since. All of us kids have been really blessed to be able to vacation here and this year Matt got to go for the first time! We are so blessed to have devoted parents!!

Dad got Matt a surfboard and a learning long board for Christopher. Look at him standing up his first time out! Go Chris!! You look like a natural!

I know, I know... it looks like we are slathered in fake tan juice but I swear it's all natural!! Thanks Hawaii!! The tan is great and the good times and sunsets are even better! Thanks Dad!

Kenny & Melissa Get Hitched!!!

We got to be a part of Kenny & Melissa's special day on August 5th at the Pat Nixon Center in Cerritos. Melissa's dad read a beautiful letter to the bride and groom before he gave her away, both the bride and groom's parents were so lovingly involved in the whole day! Everyone was in good spirits and the weather was amazing! We have a bunch of strange "6 degree-like" ties to our bride and groom... Kenny's mom taught at my elementary school and now teaches with our best friend Chuck's mom at the middle school Matt and I went to. Matt was in boy scouts with Kenny when they were younger and there are even more connections than that but I know you guys want to see some pictures! We had such an amazing day and we know that Kenny and Melissa have a strong foundation for an admirable marriage.
