Best Husband EVER!!

So, as many of you know I run Mathieu Photography with my amazing husband Matt! There would not be a photography business without him. He has taught me everything I know (I'm serious, EVERYTHING.) From the very first crash course on the digital rebel way back in the beginning.

I have been trying to get out there and just plain SHOOT more! So, Matt was my gorgeous model the other day and I was so pleased with his "head shots." He really prefers to be behind the camera so I truly appreciated his patience and his precious face!

Matty, you are the most amazing husband. Thank you for being my business partner, my best friend, and for taking care of me, (I know I can be a total brat.) I love you. Happy 2 year anniversary! (a couple days early)

I HEART the Brooke's!!

Monday night I got invited to dine with Mark and Candice of Mark Brooke Photoraphy! We had corn cake and chips and salsa, and chatted about photos and life and business. I felt really blessed by the whole experience. It's really intimidating to be a newbie in this business. BUT it felt comfortable and easy. Thanks for having me guys! And Katie, Hanssie and Rolf were awesome!!

Dawnel & Ben: MARRIED!!!

Dawnel and Ben are sooooooo awesome! They were relaxed and filled with the perfect amount of excitement and joy. Matt has known Dawnel for a while because they used to work together at the "Dirty Bird." :) We also got to see Sarah, (one of our past models) and I even ran into an old friend from my days as an Islands waitress!! What a blast! Last but not least we got to hang with one of our most amazing couples, Scott and Tana and their RAD kids! Dawnel and Ben we hope you had an amazing time in Hawaii. ALOHA!
